Battle Wounds!

I had no idea that walking could be so dangerous, but Nissa has shown me otherwise. Nissa has been walking for a couple of months now, and it wasn't until last week that she actually developed a bruise from it. She ran straight into the table in our family room, leaving a huge bruise right in the middle of her forehead. She has several bruises all over face, and there is no way to hide them.

Better Late Than Never

I want to share some of our Christmas pictures, knowing that it is way past due, but oh well. We had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. We were always with our families having fun and keeping busy.

Happy Birthday Annissa!

Today, Nissa celebrated her 1st Birthday. Grandma's, Grandpas, Aunts, and Uncles all came to help us celebrate Nissa. We started off by opening presents. She was so happy to unwrap and play with the paper. She especially loved what was inside.

Here she is concentrating really hard on unwrapping the gift.

She was so happy to get her very own doll and diaper bag. She had to show everyone her brand new baby. Holding it up for all to see.

She was just as happy to open the next gift, learning that it was a tickle me Elmo. She got lots of other great gifts. Thank you!

After gifts were done, we headed to the cake. We sang to her and then time to blow out the candle. She wasn't sure what to do, so we blew it out for her. We then let her dig in.

She enjoyed it so much that she started playing "Pat a Cake," and was literally patting the cake, getting whipping cream everywhere. She was so fun to watch. She is such a joy and brings so much happiness to our lives. We love you Babers!

Our Christmas Elf!

Our little elf has already figured out how to unwrap gifts. At first

she started pulling off small strips of paper, now it is large pieces of paper.

She is going to love Christmas and her Birthday. Paper will be everywhere!

A Trip to Snowbird

A couple weeks ago we went up to Snowbird. It was beautiful. There was no snow, but it was still beautiful.

Yes Nissa is chewing on a piece of grass. Don't worry, she didn't swallow it!
